Online credit card payments will be processed by secured and confidential payment software that implements the SSL protocol, a data encryption system used by a number of major websites.
The software is very simple.
You place your order and select "credit card" as your payment method. You are then taken to our bank's e-transaction server. Once on the payment page, enter your credit card details. The data will be encrypted and processed by the bank, the only body able to decipher the information.
All major French or foreign credit cards such as MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, CB or VISA are accepted. Each payment will be subject to online authorisation from your bank, to check your credit card's validity.

VAT & customs duties:
A tax refund system is applied for deliveries to countries where VAT is not applicable, namely the French overseas departments and territories. Your basket is automatically recalculated when you select your delivery destination.
You will not be required to pay the 5.5% (for food supplements) or 20% (for cosmetics) VAT.
Be warned that you will be required to cover all potential customs duties.
Shipments are dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). The delivery deadlines stated are calculated according to order dispatch. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Payment in 3 instalments at no extra cost for orders over €120t
Payment in 3 instalments at no extra cost is only possible for payments made by cheque or postal order. At the time of the order, attach 3 cheques each for 1/3 of the total amount. The cheques will be cashed at 1-month intervals, the first just before delivery.
